Lowering amount

I want to lower my Accord but I dont know how many MM's to lower it by. I want it to look smart but dont want it scrapin along the ground.

Any advice from people who have lowered theirs?

With Honda Aspec my car has a drop of about 15mm

Just realised your car is a 7 th gen not a 8thgen
Moved to the correct section.

I used apex springs, drops is 40mm on front and 35 on back, ride is still nice.
I think they are about £120 off ebay.

There are others, some drop 30am some 50am just have a look on ebay.
