Memory seats with keys

I think I read somewhere that the electric seats will adjust depends on which keys were opened it.

is that true?

How do I make the setting?

The 2013 crv does this. The keys are numbered. It should be easy to test on the accord though. Just set one seat fully forward then use the key and see what happens.

One of the things the 8th gen has over the crv is that if you hold the preset seat position while driving it will adjust back if someone has messed with the settings.

I tried both keys, but the seat doesnt do anything.

Do I need to set it in some way?

Move the seat into a postion. Press set on the door. Then press a number. Adjust the seat completely the other way. Press set again and select the other number. Before locking the car. Recline the seat back. Lock the car. Use obe of the fobs to open the door and see if the seat adjusts.

I'd also see if the 2 fobs are numbered. If not. Most likely it won't work. It should take 3 mins to try.
