n22a1 vs n22a2

Hi guys i have a 2004 honda accord tourer 2.2ictdi
when i first bought the car 7 years ago i removed the engine and box replaced the timing chains,dual mass flywheel and clutch it has now developed a rattle from the bottom of the engine it has done over 250,000 miles also clutch has started to slip
i have just bought a 130,000 mile n22a2 engine complete but its from a civic how much work is needed to fit this to my accord im looking at replacing the chains and clutch before fitting it is the turbo the same as the accord

The block is the same, it has a different egr setup and I believe slightly different intake manifold. The turbo is also different as are the injectors but it will all fit.
