only 2000 revs (limp mode?)

Hi all,

Twice in the last week I've started my 04 CDTI Tourer but can't get more than 2000 revs plus the engine mangement light is on, normally I'd ask if this is a fuel filter issue but as I am waiting to change the Gauge Control Module to sort out all my electrical problems could this be related?

You'd need to read the dtc mate.

get the fault read mate, you can then determine from there what the issue is

You would normally also get a flashing glow plug if it was the fuel filter. But if you don't know when your last filter was changed and if it was a genuine Honda part or not, then I'd do this anyway.
