Could anyone please confirm if fault code P1491 is "EGR Valve Lift Insufficient Detected" indeed for a 1999 Honda Accord 2.0i engine F20B6? I first had it logged back in April 2013 w/o any symptoms whatsoever. It has just been logged again, and when I stopped at a traffic light in about 300 yards I noticed low idle RPM (circa 400/min) and typical engine vibration when a single cylinder stops firing. When reading fault codes using ELM27 + EasyOBDII I saw "Not OBDII compatible" or something like that displayed before fault code P1491 showed up, hence unsure if it's about the EGR valve malfunction indeed or something completely different.
