Can anyone help me purchase online a power steering hose for my Honda Accord ivtec 1998CC petrol 2005 model (without breaking the bank ?)

Welcome Paul I'm sure iv seen this here before have you tried your local dealers.
Or the cheapest option is try and locate one from a car scrap yard.

As Brett said, I'd go to a breakers.

You'd probably be better going through e-bay and finding one breaking an Accord and asking them for the part? e.g.

You might be better off finding a local company that makes and repairs hydraulic hoses

I've had mine repaired in Malta for €40. It's like new now.

If you're interested, I'll ask about the name of the place my mechanic took it to.
