I'v only had my 2ltr petrol Accord for a couple of months so still finding my way around it. Yesterday while checking antifreeze and washer fluid in readiness for the predicted bad weather ahead. I noticed that at short intervals the fan would repeatedly kick in for a couple of seconds even though the the engine wasn't warm.
The temperature gauge holds steady just below mid range when I'm driving.
With other cars I'v owned the fan doesn't kick in until the engine reaches a specific temperature.
Is this normal with Honda's or do I have a problem ?
