Big thanks you to Fahad , spent a wet but very enjoyable few hours with Fahad yesterday whilst he sorted my Accord out with a stage 2 map and EGR blank . Car drives great , its like it doesnt work half as hard to maintain the same speed . Once again thank you . Ps Great brews !
 
Have a stage 2 on mine too. its like a different car.
 
My pleasure Paul, as we discussed do think about getting the terra clean done if the cost is reasonable. We can then run some diagnostics again to compare the before and after results

btw I see that you have "CM2" in your avatar, but CM2 is the 2.4 Tourer. CN1 is diesel saloon, CN2 is diesel Tourer ;)
 
I only use the forum on my phone, so I've obviously buggered that up when I typed it in.
Now I've either got to work out how to change it, or leave it forever in an act of defiance. Probably easier to install a stroker crank to my tractor motor.

As it happens mate i am having the Terraclean done 2morrow afternoon . 126 incl the vat , they are fixed costs , i think upto 2 litre is 90 . We defo need to tie in and see if anything has changed . In the meantime i will take the EGR off and check were the build up was obvious and take some pics .
 
Really considering getting this done to mine although i have only just bought the car... The wife would kill me if she found out im already spending money on it haha
 
What she doesn't know won't hurt you ;)
 
For years every part I've ever bought for a car or motorcycle has cost £50.

My wife knows this is a huge lie but is aware of the fact that ignorance is bliss and she's better off not knowing.

It's become a running joke, and she's in on it.

Ironically the things she does know the cost of are the mapping, wheels, and the VSA module rebuild as we discussed those.

My worry is that I snuff it and she goes and sells the contents of my garage for what I told her I paid for them.
 
Definitely. Next week I'm driving her civic to work, so that the VSA module can go for repair, and she gets to walk our daughter to and from school in whatever weather we get.
