Hello,
i have question how to remove rear parking brake system from the caliper ?

The cable via the caliper bracket is often stuck. Some penetrating oil, decent pliers preferably vice grips as this situation can be as sticky as sticky the stick insect being stuck on a sticky bun - its that sticky!

Thanks Andy, one more question :)

front and rear calipers was rebuild and mounted back on the car. Brake fluid was replaced with new and air removed from the system hoses.
Now when i start the car the brake pedal is soft (sinking)???

maybe still air in the system, some tip how to remove it?

help :(

What level is the fluid on?

Could be a knackered master cylinder

fluid level max, knackered master cylinder? i dont think so beacuse before i removed caliper everything worked just fine.

Ok, are you sure you don't have air in the system.

Pedal going to the floor suggests a leak/air or maybe a bad master cylinder

im not sure but if before was fine then must be air in the system right ?

maybe some tip how to complete remove air from the system ?

Most likely air in the system,

To bleed the system you just have to connect a bleeder kit to the bleed valves that are on the caliper and pump the brake pedal until you see air bubbles have stop coming, do this for all four calipers, and there is an order to do it.

Andy has a section on it on the guide he did for changing brake discs and pads here: http://typeaccord.co.uk/forum/topic/14950-diy-6th-gen-rear-brake-howto/

Just had one rear caliper replaced 'cos stuck on and burnt pads to next to nothing.
New caliper and new pads fitted.
Bit shocked to get bill of £212 .
Should I be shocked?

Caliper from Honda cost me £105 about 3years ago, pads are around £30, factor in labour at minimum of one hour and brake bleed plus brake fluid then its probably just about right.

Obviously there are cheaper ways, used caliper, cheap pads, cheap labour. Ultimately it depends where you got it done, If at Honda then thats probably a good price, if in some shady back street joint then probably a bit too dear (not that the job will necessarily have been done any better or worse).
