RPM idle has doubled to 1500 after battery reconnection!

Matt - some very sobering advice there. I've never known of these risks myself, so thanks for pointing it out.

Guys if anyone use to watch 'The Garage' there is an episode where they were jump starting a BMW with a power pack but forgot to take it off when the car started and the battery exploded. The Acid went all over one of the employees and was very dangerous indeed. I just wouldn't take the risk guys and the above advice is good and something that should be followed at a minimum. Be safe rather than sorry.
