Sat nav diagnostic mode error

Hi. I've done diagnostic mode on my sat nav ,engine not running, ignition on position accesories and found there is one error in F-CAN System link. Can somebody tell what is mean ? It looks like that
F-CAN. ERROR ACTIVE. (red box)NG
UNIT. ID
METER. (red box)1F4


Hope that is telling you something. I'll post a shot of that later. Thanks guys

are you having trouble with your sat nav?

Yes that's what I have but instead green my boxes are red .I didn't noticed any issues with sat nav but just wondering what it can be? I also browsed through google but didn't found an answer

Thread resurrection here (apologies) but I have exactly the same f-can error and my TMC data on my sat nav has stopped working.

Question is will this be a firmware fault, hardware fault or connectivity issue (diagnostic on "radio connection" is green/OK)
