Satnav on ivtec 2004

I need help to see what I can do to take off the loading bar on my satnav screen on my ivtec 2004,I pressed the force download on the satnav and the loading bar came up but only loaded to 2% and it's stuck on the screen I have taken out the battery from the engine but it's still showing the loading bar I can't go back to the menu as well

Sent you a PM Tee Jay just asking if its a 2004 model, maybe a MOD or Admin can move this into the 7th Gen section if so.

Yes boss it's 2004 model with inbuilt satnav

Sorry man, Mods don't have the power to move threads, only close/lock, delete, rename. I'm sure one of the admin guys will pick this up shortly and sort it out.
