Short Aux Belt

When fitting the shorter auxiliary belt, is the extra pulley just missed out or is it removed completely?
Also does anyone have a part number for the shorter belt?

i believe it is just missed. Do you have a seized aircon compressor.??

Nope its all working but thought it might be a good idea to change it for the shorter one

I put shorter auxiliary belt couple month ago,and removed one pulley.Shorter belt are better for alternator pulley,because less presure.About part nr,give call to Holdcroft Honda.

The spare pulley is removed completely. The Honda instructions for fitting it even has a nice diagram to show the technician how to throw it in the bin.

I think if you go to Honda they only offer the shorter belt now anyway. If you give them your chassis number or reg number they will know which part number to use, but I think it's the same part for all the 2.2 i-ctdi's.
