Shudder at 1500rpm 2.2D 7thG

I expected this would be a common topic but I don't see anything directly related to it.
I have no power problems on the road but when driving at 1500rmp approx, ie through a town al low speed, I find the car shudders slightly, like what you would get if it was running low in fuel. I got the EGR valve checked and the Diesel filter is changed as required by service.
Any other possible causes of this?
The car had a major service just before I noticed this, all brake discs replaced, 1 calliper and some bushings, none related to the engine apart from the oil change etc. 150K miles on it now.

There's plenty of topics that cover it to death mate, you will just need to search and check the diesel faults section.

There is no way to really check the EGR valve. Even when they pass a functional test with the honda diagnostic system they can still have a hairline leak back into the inlet manifold.

You can either replace it or blank it off and remap.
