Well update...
I took my bay sourced used fob ( Omron G8D 382 H-A for my 58 FRV ) to a Honda dealer for reprogramming and he could not encode it to the immobiliser and this is the biggest Honda dealer in London!!!
Can any of the autolocksmith programme Honda key - or may be I should try another Honda dealership????
