Hi Guys,

I've noticed a sort of squeaking noise fom the rear of my car which could be the leaf? springs or suspension in need of a squirt of WD40 or summat like that.

Does anyone know the cause of this other than age (66K on clock) / maintainence schedule in this area which has probably never been touched my stealers from new ?

Most pronounced going over bumps so I do think it is suspender related.

No leaf springs on these lol but have a look at the suspension bush that holds the anti roll bar in place and also the drop links on the end of it

OK Dave thanks - is this something that needs to replaced if worn or a squirt of WD40 or grease might cure ?
Cheers

Ideally replaced but quite cheap. A squirt of WD40 or similar might keep it quiet for a little while or help you pinpoint the fault.
With the drop links just reach under the back of the car (don't need to jack it up) behind the back wheel and grab hold of the drop link.
Then give it a good push and pull and if you can feel any movement then it needs new ones.
