Starter motor help !

My starter has reached the end of its life and needs to come out for a refurb. Has anyone done this who can offer any good advice on the removal of the intake manifold in particular and what to replace? Can't see any old threads.

You know what. When I'm about to make an instructional car video, I think to myself, "Right! I must start by firing a selection of guns...". Honestly, you couldn't write it! :lol:

Take the expansion tank off, makes it so much easier to get the manifold off. Start to finish was about 40 mins max.
