OOps that meant to say stud pattern!

Can someone tell me if the stud pattern on modern civic/accords the same??

If I purchased a set of 17s for a 57 Civic would they fit my 54 Accord?

Should be fine... what abotu the bore size?

Yes 5x114.3 and ET55 offset. Bore of 64.1mm is the same. Just check tyre sizes.

I think you should be fine. The latest gen Civic's on 17" rims should run the same 225/45/17. Just make sure the load index is either 91 or 94 and the speed rating is Y (although I think you will get away ith W)
