Tail pipe trim

Hello all. Can anyone please help. This is a pic of the tail pipe trim from my Accord. I want a couple of replacements but I cant find them anywhere. Any ideas please. Mine are pitted and look tatty. Thank you Robin

I would hit that with sandpaper and metal polish. Mine was worse than that and came up brilliant.
