Terraclean mk8

Thanks for your response.

Basically my brother has been abusing my car for about a year without service nor oil change.
Needless to say I'm unimpressed and now looking to give my beloved car some much needed TLC and a little facelift.

The car runs pretty good.
It clearly needs an oil change and filters changed etc.

But was quite curious as to weather this Terraclean process would gain me any brownie points with the engines health.

Mk8 touching on 99k miles (its my daily driver/work horse.)

I can't see it doing any harm. Normally aspirated petrol engines tend not to suffer with the same issues as turbo and Diesel engines, but I'm sure you will see some benefit.

A few of my customers have had terra clean done after a blocked dpf has been removed and they've really felt a marked improvement in running.

F6had - is there any benefit in me bringing my relatively basic 2.0 iVtec to you for a tweak/tune up... Or will it be pointless on my quite standard Mk8?
 
I can tune the R20 in the mk8. It's not pointless at all, they make around 16bhp on paper. The car will feel a lot lighter, more responsive and sharper all round with no more flat spots.
