Two questions re. 5/6 speed and wheel size

Looking to purchase my first Accord- probably an 03/04 tourer, 2l petrol.

Two questions I couldn't find much info on;

Is the five speed manual a good gearbox, or is it worth hunting down a six?

How does the car handle on the different wheel sizes- i've seen 15, 16 and 17's being offered? I do know the 17" tyres are more expensive..

Either gearbox is fine, not even sure if the facelift 2.0 came with a 6 speed box actually. I know my wife's FRV has the 2.0 engine with a 6 speed box.

In terms of tyre sizes, if you're looking for best comfort, stick to 16's. The 17's can start to tramline and catch dips in the road.

The facelift 2.0L is a 5 speed. 17's and lowered = very little tramlining and improved drive and handling
