Today upon start up my VSA light was on! Not good. I rang the local dealer and was advised it was ok to drive. When I got back from the hospital I rang again and was told if its the modulator, the price would be around £1500. But the warranty period was extended so I should be covered! A stroke of luck. If it turns out to be an ABS sensor, then hopefully I can do it myself at a relatavly ( sic) low cost.
It feels like a result with other things breaking lately. New boiler 2 months ago, shower packed in today.
Lets see tomorrow.

What is your mileage Paul on the car.

Sounds like a result either way mate.

Paul double check because unless Honda has changed the extended warranty the max is 62k I'm afraid.
If it has changed please let us no either way mate.

Just got back and they said its covered under warranty, parts should be here on Tuesday. I will ask when completed what the milage limit is!
Will ask them to look at the misted headlamp at the same time. He said today that mine isnt in the clip requirement age so we will see.
Amazing really, cheaper to have the modulater changed then an ABS sensor!

If Honda has extended the warrenty then great as the VSA unit has been a big problem for lots if members.
Good luck and keep us updated

Good man as the normal ex warrenty is 6 years or 62k
