What grade oil to use

What is the best grade of oil to use in my Accord 2.0i petrol 2004?
Is it 10w-40 fully synth?

5W 30 or 0W 30 will protect the engine better from cold starts.

Always use fully synthetic. 5w40 is also a good choice

When i last took my car (also a 2.0) to honda to be serviced they used Shell helix 10w-40 fully synth.

Bit too thick in my opinion although it won't break your engine

Thanks guy, I'm gonna b using the Millers Nano Drive Oil. Bit expensive but probably the best.

Whats the difference between 5w30 & 5w40 and which would be best suited to my car?

40 is a bit thicker. Either will be fine, I would go with 5w30 in the 2.0 it's what we use in my wife's frv

I'm thinking of buying this Oil Fahad, is it ok for my car? This Oil says its ECO while another Millers Nanodrive oil says it's CFS
Do you know what the difference is and am I ok with the ECO?
