im thinkin of buyin 18x8.5 oz wheels with et55 wud i hav problems wen i lower the car or i can get 18x7 wi et50

8.5 is pretty wide fella and I think you'll need a 235 or 245 tyre possibly, however ET55 is OEM offset so you may well be ok. 18x7 is the safer choice.

Yup 225/40/18 is the perfect tyre size for that rim and this car.
