Windscreen washer and light bulb indicator

Hi,

So I have noticed that my Accord doesn't alert me when my windscreen wash is empty, nor does it alert me when a headlight/tail light bulb is blown, I am ***uming a 2006 fully loaded accord should do this right? anyone know what the issue might be?

Nope the Honda does not warn for either of these things.
