What does stop the high beam ? I would suspect the steering console switch might be behind it, have you had any damp issues in the car ?

Sounds like a knackered engine mate, the oil sludge has done its damage. My mind went to turbo seals but you’ve done that.

I've already flushed as much of the sludge out as I could with an engine cleaner flush and an oil change, as well as replaced the turbo...
