I would hazard a guess that being an optional extra there will be a plug for it to connect to already in the boot somewhere?

Can also be caused by pipes not being secured properly, especially long lengths in the loft area.

Hi Leon, have you tried locking the 2 nuts together and use the top nut to remove both? Or perhaps a nut splitter?
