obd scanner reads on my accord 9.8% @ idle too. i think TPS readings are not continuos but "stepped" in fact also full throttle does not show 100% but around 91% remember that we don't have "drive by wire" throttle, this is why a more precise position is not needed by ecu

sorry I forget to say that Denso 234-9025 is for F20B6 engine only. F18 has different lambda sensor

i have almost the same oil eating rate from my F20B6 (1 liter of mobil1 5w50 every 2000km). it always eated a lot of oil so it is not a signal of engine near death (sgrat sgrat), also the eating rate is almost constant. i don't see smoke from exhaust, nor i can see spark plugs carbon deposits...

please note that 2.0l (f20b6 engine) has low speed starter motor, mine has run like the battery is almost dead since the first day (1999) :) also have a civic ek3 (d15), and i've been always disappointed by the accord start because i (wrongly) thought they have similar engines. so i searched...

beautiful job! i'm worried just for point: carbon deposit that can fall into air intake manifold. can they damage catalytic converter? are hard enough to damage cylinder or valve seats? maybe is better to use a little screw driver with a vacuum to remove deposits without let them falling
