    Ball joint press

do you have a compressor? pneumatic hammer/chisel did the trick for me, had the old one out and the new one in within a minute it is possible to get the knuckle into a shop press but it's a little unwieldy, and the pipe/cradle combination you have to jerry rig and/or fabricate would work just as...

Accord 7th Gen brakes update: All OEM solutions

the calipers are still available as refurbs or as dealership stock, autodoc and hella stock them, what you will struggle with is finding a bracket that supports a 300mm disc. for the RL brembos you will likely need a lower offset but spoke design/geometry is important as well, so there's no...

Which aftermarket shock absorbers are best ?

if you can afford the price of the original ones, you might as well upgrade to bilstein b6 shocks. but if the shocks fitted to your car right now are shot, then anything will be a fantastic upgrade shocks are generally very good at "dealing with" differences in weight on the platform they are...

^what about diluting the diesel with your own additives like a white spirit and butoxyethanol blend? a little something to boost the cetane rating of your diesel? In winter, people here tend to use a product called west frost(norway special I'm afraid) but it's simply isopropyl alcohol to...

    Headlight Beam

if you have h1 bulbs, try pushing the base of the bulb into its seat with your lights on to see if the pattern changes the retention bracket can get loose and wonky at times, to the point where it will not force the bulb into its seat. it's a very mild steel as far as spring steel goes, so you...

you can pop the projector out from the back of the housing if you carefully squish the housing with a g clamp to make the hole sligthly oval sourcing a replacement lens may prove difficult, but morimoto sells 2.5in tsx-r clear lenses that may or may not work. they definitely work for accords...

Does the 7th generation Accord pre-facelift have a power steering hydraulic filter?

they look like universal inline filters to me generally, parts have an OE number for cross referencing. if a number does not exist, it's either not been catalogued correctly, or it isn't made with a specific number range in mind it doesn't show up on the parts diagram either

HID xenon efficiency is about twice that of regular halogen, not even HIR comes close. but do bear in mind our h1 halogen projector bowl is vastly different from the HID variant, on the bright side(lol) projectors are less sensitive to light source placement, so even with a hid kit, your beam...
