I have 18" Efficient Grip Performance all round, very quiet and smooth, noise rating is 69db which is fantastic. I would suggest you to replace those fast road Pirelli as they aren't any good in wet. And need to drive fast to heat them up for grip.

Also better check the battery if it is still in good performance. My previous car got the same problem like yours, need a new battery and clean up the connector

Wheels alignment only takes 20 mins or so to be done. Besides, only the front wheels can be adjust on our Accord. The tyre shop guy didn't bother to provide you the service from my point of view <_<

Good excuse to replace with some nice LED bulbs and brighten up the back end :)
