Wow! It seem I've been using mine for rest of my life if I keep good maintaining...my diesel only 105k so far.. I believe it's still on first clutch, and run on stage 2 EGR off.. The clutch still strong so far..

To sort out the EGR valve issue is go for a remap with EGR valve delete plus a error deletion, and then blank the inlet manifold with a metal plate, I would sort the future EGR valve pros plus some awesome power you ever have on this car.. And is much more cheaper than pay for other EGR valve...
