Hi Dan This is what we are thinking has happened. Could this be possible to over tight and cause the crack.

My mate had is oil changed on his accord, upon relising after he had changed the oil. He noticed the area around the sump nut had cracked and oil was dripping Can any one answer on how this could have happened? Would be grateful.

Just changed the engine oil I received from Lubetech. Looks like I won't be going back toy castrol. Spoke to Tony who was helpful and praised the forum. Thanks to CJ directing me to Lubetech and well done to Monks sourcing it out.
