It is a genuine Honda splitter but I think your all right, appears to be pre facelift unfortunately. :( Facelift flares out more making the width slightly larger. Looks like it may be a call to Honda and get a brand new one. Bought this one from local bumper centre. Will be in the for sale...

Any help would be much appreciated. Stripped off the plastic strip of the bottom of the bumper (pain in the back side this was) but the Type S splitter I have sourced seams to tight to fit round the car. Does it need a fitting kit? Any one have a DIY at all? Can I check that the type s splitter...

Looks really smart mate. Could you post the link for the H11 LED bulbs? Guessing they are an eBay job. Got a bulb out on fogs any way at the mo so kills two birds with one stone.

My splitter is being prepped and resprayed this week as there were a few niggly marks on it. Next prob is to get rid of the unsightly down tail pipe. Can't afford to get the full system done by Zorstec yet, but was looking for a genuine back box or tip from a petrol. Not sure if the whole back...

Got a fog lamp out at the mo and rather than buying standard bulbs was looking on eBay at the H11 LED bulbs. Has anybody tried these? Would they be any good as a fog lamp or would it just be for cosmetics / DRL use?

Did a search for 'spacers' but could only find a thread on a 6th gen. U got spacers fitted at the mo Dan, when you mention not much thread on the nut or is that as standard?

Anybody using spacers on a 7th gen? Since lowering, it's just looks like the wheels need to be pushed out slightly to make them sit flush with the arch. Not really too fussed about handling improvement but just the cosmetics. Are there any pros to using spacers? Seen some H&R 10mm (5mm per side)...

Just had mine fitted approx 4 weeks ago at Demon Tweeks in Wrexham and they charged £160 inc the tracking etc. Took them approx 3 hours in total. Top bunch of lads but a bit of a trek for you.

Agree, the 5000k were fantastic but didn't suit a black car. Think they would look ok on your tourer. I'll do you a swap for your 6000k if you want??

Awesome, did just look like the case of carefully prying it out. Where does the transponder get it's power from? Thought it would be linked to the battery somehow. Hate not knowing how something works. lol

Waiting on a flip key to be delivered from China. Are the accord keys easy enough to get the transponder out? I take it the transponder is the small fuse look alike device that's seperate to the buttons?
