The results are in 36.9 mpg i was trying to drive economically too but i had quite a bit of nose to tail and very twisty stop start stuff. Will also check my calipers just in case.

Got to the bottom of it I think. 8 of the rear bushes have split, the aftermarket arms must have stiffer bushes and they cant have had much give on them it looks like I should have slackened them before fitting the longer shocks. Anyone got a good source for bushes or arms? Thanks Scott

I noticed my accord hasnt got a spare wheel but instead comes with a compressor and some slime type stuff. Ive seen the kits on ebay but they seem very expensive. Has anyone else done the swap? Thanks Scott

Yeah Ive got a Halfords trade card and it still cost me £65 for 6l of castrol 0w-30 edge oil. Oh well it got a 500 mile flushing treatment i suppose.

After me asking him specifically about the oil and asking him to document it. (to which the original response was Im sure he knows what hes doing hes been maintaining cars since before i was born) Ive looked up the oil today and its not the right spec! Guess ill be changing it myself after all

What is it thats so bad about a forced regeneration? Is it just because the oil get diluted? Also one for you Fahad. I have a delphi DS 150 will this do a forced regen on the car if ever i need it? Thanks Scott
