really bad mpg only 300 miles on tank full . And im not even pushing it . mind you iv got 2 fault with it , so dont know if that might cause it . po341 crankshaft sensor and 83-01 ECM/PCM RELATION FAILURE

I was getting 150 miles from half a tank which is 30 litres. I've now converted to lpg. 63p a litre is awesome.

I average about 380 miles, as I refuel when the warning light comes on. Motorway cruising will give me about 420 miles. So if you getting 300 miles, you must be nailing it;)

On my tourer I can push 400 miles to a tank. Though my general MPG is about 30. My wife can get 37 MPG though the car never sees above 50 mph on the motorway :)

340 miles around town and average 400 on the motorway and that's with a heavy foot sometimes.

Auto or Manual? Mixed driving scenarios I get 400ish from my 2.4 manual. But get your error codes sorted and it might improve.

As above, mix of short journeys to work and round and about, and maybe 100 or so motorway miles a week has seen me average around 360 between ~50litre refills.. ~33mpg

A full tank of motorway driving just saw me get 410 before the light came on and 52 litres to fill it back up.. ~36mpg.

Happy with that.

Manual 2.4type S btw

I have hit very recently 480 to a tank. TBH if it was all motor way driving I could of hit the magic 500 for sure, I drove at 60mph to achieve this!

The Honda diesel doesn't sound like a normal diesel, almost whisper quiet

did some mpg calculations

put on 50L few weeks ago, and from mostly city driving i am going to get about 250/260 miles until empty

so 50 litres @ 1.37 pence per litre (£69)

23.64mpg

seems to be as per spec

on a long run i would get 400miles or so.

happy with that tbh.

ive had my lpg fitted a week now - i got 170miles from 30 litres at 63p a litre. thats about £20 (inc valvelube) - which works out 12 p a mile.

not bad for a 2.4 - the lpg conversion would pay itself back in a year.

Lol I seriously can't tell a difference between lpg and petrol. I plan on keeping the Honda as a daily driver so it had to be practical. 300 miles for 70 quid is a lot of cash.

How much is a tank full in money?

An awful lot - just did a run to my parents n back over the weekend - 410miles, 59L unleaded brimed at £1.37 = £81 earth pounds = OUCH! did average 32mpg. Would have got more if I had kept under 70mph. Mind you the car usually does urban runs with cycle carriers clamped to the roof so 24mpg / 280miles is quite good for me. It's a damn good car and a blast to drive :)
