Yes, drop me a line. I can solve it. And stop throwing chemicals and running constant regens you will end up with a blocked turbo, if it’s not already done in fact.

Hi, I’ve had issues with my DPF on my 8th Gen Accord, I had to take it for a forced regen. It’s the 2nd time for me in 3 years, and it has had to be completed twice on each occasion as it quickly failed after the first regeneration. In the history, I can see it’s had a forced regeneration twice before I owned it. My garage has told me that it is likely to need a new DPF, but at £2000, it’s something that I can’t do. I love the car and purchased it after upgrading from the 7th Gen which I sold at 200,000 miles. I have owned the 8th Gen for 4years in October. I also run a Kuga, and it’s getting that I am scared to use the Honda in case it fails again. I came across your post last June to another member. Could you give me any advice for mine, by any chance, or do you have knowledge of where to purchase another DPF, perhaps an aftermarket one that’s not £2000, please? The car is mint and I am keen to keep it, but it is not reliable at the moment. Grateful for any advice, thank you.
