Yes, you can see from the picture i posted that the rear left is negative compared to the rear right. One other thing i thought i'd mention, is my front left bearing is starting to make a noise when i turn right, could this cause a pull to the left at all??jayok said:Nah, that's not enough of a difference between the two sides.
Does the left side really look like it has more negative camber than the right - to the naked eye? Because your alignment report isn't showing it.
So you could try swapping the front tyres over to see if it pulls the other way, if it does it's likely to be those. If they are directional tyres don't worry about fitting them this way, it's only to test for the pull, you just need to drive up the road and back.As for the rear camber I'm not really concerned with that, The pull may be the tyres so they need moving but looking at it the NSF it has positive camber combined with a low castor compared to the OSF negative camber and more positive castor.

Did you swap the front wheels over to see if it pulls the other way?DJSR said:I've checked the pads mate, still got loads on them and only just changed them recently. But whats with the pulling to the left?? its doing my head in now and hurting my hand from constantly holding the wheel to the right, i just cant seem to fix this problem, running out of patience here, will flog the motor if i cant sort this out.
Yep tried that previously with many different tyres, still pulled.-Rich- said:Did you swap the front wheels over to see if it pulls the other way?
My mechanic is coming tomorrow to do a detailed check, he thinks he might be the bushes. he popped over yesterday and we took the accord for a drive, and typically, it didnt make the noise whilst driving about, but it was raining???? However, he noticed the heavy pulling to the left, which is now getting worse!Dave G said:Have you checked the wheel bearing too?
The camber and castor angles on the front will cause the car to pull left, the road camber will make it worse. Look for signs of the subframe having been moved.DJSR said:My mechanic is coming tomorrow to do a detailed check, he thinks he might be the bushes. he popped over yesterday and we took the accord for a drive, and typically, it didnt make the noise whilst driving about, but it was raining???? I have uneven wear on the left front compared to the right front. the rears seem to be wearing evenly.
I've tried all that since i purchased the car 2 years ago, every set of tyres, alloys have been switched around and tested on the roads. The car still pulls to the left.Mr Honda said:Have you uneven wear on the front since your alignment was done? do you have spare set of rims to try on the car now, before anything else is touched?
Put the rears on the front and vice versa, and take it for a spin on roads that you normally feel the pull. Make sure all tyres are correctly fitted, as in directionally.
Just rang Honda to see if the item was in stock, and now their quoting me £105 !! C****DJSR said:ok, my mechanic has recommended to change the left front wheel bearing. I rang Honda in Enfield and they have quoted me £70.
Is that a decent price?? Also would i need to change both front bearings, as back in the days of older cars, both bearings were changed, but with newer cars i think we can only change the one side.
I'm going to get the part today from Honda.
Good price that is and free delivery as wellDJSR said:Got it for £94.50 off holdcraft in the end, cant beat original parts i suppose Cheers Brett.
Bought the car private. I've had the car for 2 years now, everything is ok other than the pulling problem.edgeoftime said:do not wish to be prophet of doom but have you done a HPI check? you could be sitting on a pre damaged motor.
use the proper people https://www.hpicheck.com/hpi_check.html, stay away from the amatuers you only get what you pay for. One more thing was the car from a dealer or private??
yes we know that but was the problem there from the off or has it developed over time??DJSR said:Bought the car private. I've had the car for 2 years now, everything is ok other than the pulling problem.
it always pulled since i bought it.edgeoftime said:yes we know that but was the problem there from the off or has it developed over time??
Forget about buying rear camber arms, you are wasting money, do you have any rear tyre wear? Although visually the wheel looks like it's at a funny angle on paper it is fine.DJSR said:Although i'm changing the front left wheel bearing, i'm still concerned about the negative camber at the rear left! Would you recommend i change them to adjustable rear cambers?? i've seen them for £99, but not original honda.
