Manifold warranty if over 7 years but under 125k miles?

I've not noticed any smells inside the car yet, but had a sniff around the back of the engine tonight and it does smell slightly so I think it might be starting to go.
The car was first registered in Sept 2004 so is over the 7 year point but mileage is at 120k.
Whats the chances of Honda still covering the manifold under the extended warranty?

I don't think so, as it's 7 years or 120k whichever comes first, but it won't cost you nothing to call honda and ask them

Could be a goodwill claim but there's no guarantees. They can be re-welded though, my does them for £200 and needs the car all day or overnight to remove, weld and refit.
