For first time yesterday I experienced an issue with the starting the car....ok when cold but when warm turned over but wouldn't start? Cranked a few times and then started?
I've read through and seen various suggested issues but am unsure how to isolate which may be causing my problem?
I do mostly very short journeys these days and wonder if the EGR might be at fault....can it be effectively cleaned on a 2004 car? I am no mechanic so should I get an expert on the job?
The car has done 100k and all in given good service with just the usual issues manifold, tail gate struts, alternator, arb links and bushes...seems strong still so keen to address ASAP. Also always serviced with Honda parts....new fuel filter fitted at latest service.
Hope you can help me target the issue and guide my approach to resolving it?
