You'll be ok with 10w/40, 5w/40 and if its a good low mileage example possibly even 5w/30

I use 5w40 100% synthetic in mine.
The car has 145000kms, top up with 500ml between changes, usually every 10/12K kms.

I use 10w40 semi synthetic in mine. It burns a drop here and there, but it's done nearly 200k. I think any of the grades the guys above have mentioned will be fine, as they're listed in the owners handbook. I just use the thicker oil myself because of the high miles and engine wear on mine.

Do the brands make any difference? Would castrol or motul oil be better than the one from honda dealer or vice versa?
