Just recently my Auto lights are permanently on, even on a sunny day. I don't know if its related, but the headlights seem to be a lot less bright as well. Anyone have any ideas?

Every time I start the car, I now get the following screen displayed. I have to manually press the steering controls to complete the last part of the 'diags' sequence, but the test stops at the 'NG' - the red one in the picture. I've pressed every button I can, but just can't get past this...
