**UPDATE** Fitted a gen honda lambda and light no longer on-does the job :D :D , car feels better too, was getting low idle-felt poorly... So the moral is for this engine F20B6 go gen, by the way any one interested in a nearly new denso?? :blush:

just read my post back and what I meant to ask was how does the engine oil effect the kickdown? :D used genuine Honda ATF for the transmission, dead easy to do.

brrrrrrr.....cold out there! :) auto seems a bit slow to react when using kickdown, i notice especially when cruising at 70 on motorway and traffic speeds up, it's like "COME ON, CHANGE!" and end up flooring it to get any reaction. I changed the trans fluid last week but not had the effect...

I have my ATF on order for today, once you have refilled to level do you need to run the car and select the gears and then check the level again?? It doesn't mention in the workshop manual but I have been advised this is normal procedure?? Thanks :(
