item 5, i can see fluid on the bottom of it and it keeps dripping when the engine is running, im guessing its time for a new rack? looks like a PITA to change :(

got it, borrowed this from anothersite: 1st..turn off the ignition and remove the yellow connector with 2 wires under the drivers side, connect a paperclip between the two wires 2nd..Turn ignition on, SRS light will come on for about 6 seconds then shut off 3rd..disconnect the paperclip...

i had to remove the seats on the wifes accord, refitted them and now the SRS light wont go off, the connectors are good and tight and make a nice click sound when connected, how do i go about resetting the light?

of where the main PAS feed hose (top one on the pump) goes, i removed mine without taking any pics and struggling to route it round the back of the engine :ph34r:

does it matter if the res. cap is on or off?

picking up some honda fluid tomorrow, to do a flush is it just a case of draining some old stuff and topping up with new, run the engine then draining and topping up again?

is it straight forward to remove the F20B6 engine? car is an auto if that makes and odd?

There are no fault codes when I search for errors.

to start off with i have checked any of the sensors or anything, but, the ABS light comes on on the wifes car, if i turn the ignition off and plug the odb on then turn the ignition on the light goes off,remove the obd and it comes on,what could possibly make this happen? many thanks john

yeah the caliper was seized, the disc was freaking hot, you could smell it when u got out the car everything is working fine now :)

managed to batter it out with a socket :) for the 1 on the car i cheated a little, i used a hacksaw to cut a 1/4 of the metal holding it in out, then came out no prob, the new 1 fitted easily too whilst working on the caliper i could smell a smell similar to the smell u get when using a...

Hopefully the 1 on the car will come of easier ........

The wire has been removed, all that's left is effectively a flat disc that won't budge.

ive ground it flat and the screwdriver just sits on the hole in the middle (where the cable went through) i haven't tried the socket and mallet (or hammer in my case) as my sockets are in in lockup

i have vice grips and penetrating but not a g-clamp, press,channel locks (whatever they are)
