Paint was decontaminated, wet flatted, primed, 3 layers of Cadburys Metallic and 3 coats of wet look lacquer by Nu-Agane -

After that, I just started stripping off everything that drew your eye away from the purple -

Paul your car is awesome mate, best example I've seen of any car I think. The only downside is, why do you live so far away from me :(
 
Out with the rig again last week to try out some additional filters and a revised set up on my rig to aid rigidity.

Oh, and I could resit taking a micro-fibre to my wheels just to make sure they look good in the final shot :)

Hi just a suggestion. Did this recently and it made a nice difference. Think of getting rid of the box the licence plate sits in. Much cleaner look. there are six hole behind it that are easily covered by plate.
