Hello everyone this is my first post and I wish it was under better circumstances. I have a 2004 Accord 2.2cdti which had an engine and turbo change about 12 months ago after the oil pump chain snapped. Since having this work carried out if the engine reached 2200 rom in any gear and in neutral the car develops an awful misfire. In the lower gears if you push pass the 2200 threshold its fine again until it reaches about 3200rpm then the problem manifests itself again. The real problem is there is no engine management light during this. It has had three new fuel filters, injectors have been out and tested one was replaced, a new fuel pump, new MAF EGR has been off cleaned then blanked. Despite all this work the problem has not improved or deteriorated and the problem is the same when hot or cold. Please can someone help its driving me mad!
