I had similar last year. squeeze the priming bulb till it goes hard. Then get someone to turn over the engine whilst you are squeezing the priming bulb as fast as you can. You will need to squeeze the bulb as fast as you can because it will go soft as soon as you start turning the engine over.

You've drilled a bit too far in the hub and damaged the magnetic pulsator ring on the wheel bearing hub. New hub and bearing I'm afraid. I know from experience!!!!
