Morning
Sad to say my Type-V now has a new owner
Why is it that the last drive is always the best drive (or very occasionally the worst one..)
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help this community has given me over the last couple of years
It is farewell for now unless I find alot of money...
I have a 2.3i vtec type v for about a year and asked the same question
If you want to go faster basically you need a Type R, either brought outright or as an engine swap
There is not a lot you can do to the 2.3i to improve it as it is designed for low revs and (relative) fuel efficency
It must be fated, after you mentioned yours mine packed up as well. Thought I had ran out of water but the bottle was full.
Got a new one off Ebay for less than £10, am going to fit it this weekend

After looking at this website I am looking at replacing some of the bulbs with LED type
Do I need to get the Can-Bus Ready type for a 6th gen ?
Many thanks in advance
Thanks Tony
I was thinking about just replacing the panel filter as it is simpler and I had not found an induction kit listed for my engine. However I would be interested in both
Cheers
I have the in car satnav in my Accord and when flicking through the options it refers to enabling the TV tuner.
Rapid disappointment followed as it transpired it was an option not fitted to my car.
I wondered whether any one else has it on their accord (although it probably does not work now...
Got a reconditioned fob from Ian Parsons for £30 at

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday and now programmed to the car
Definitely recommended if you find your self in the same situation as I did
I am looking to get a garage to replace the cam belt (lack of skill, time and space)
What sort of price am I looking at ?
Also is there anything else that either needs to be done or is easier to do at the same time ???
