Hey buddy, feels weird to be back on forums. I remember all the politics from last time. I hope its calmed down a bit now, lol!
Hey buddy, thats perfect to know. So it looks like i won't be needing to go for the mad upgrades and simply a 06> tsx tb and intake camshaft is all i'll need for...
[Blast from the past]
Hey guys, been a long time. Some may remember me, some may not. I used to have a very functional CL9 from 2009 to 2012. I ended up selling due to a lengthy work commute, plus i got great money money for it...
Rotas normally come with a 73.1 Centre Bore. Your accord will have the 64.1mm hub so you'll need in effect, 73.1mm outer diameter to 64.1 inner diameter spigot rings. Get a caliper gauge/ruler to double check the figures anyway
oooooooooooooo those kinds of parts really excite me! Get some install pics but most importantly a review of them all, especially the subframe collars and steering rack ones too.
Gunther did come back onto another accord forum and confirm that he can both all CL9's including the prefacelifts buddy, so you've got a sure fire option there. In other news, my 07-08 tsx ecu has cleared customs and should be with me next week!
Thats exactly what im using on my car right now! Thats the same ebay seller i bought mine from too, lol
No idea buddy, as i had mine filled and smoothed
here in the uk we got 225/45/17's on our accords, but in america and japan they got the 215/45/17 size. Dunno who told you on here to fit the 215 section size as everyone here knows its 225/45/17.
although you cant see it, that is a real facelift euro r grill and you can see where it sits proud as the bonnet is a tiny big short. Im ***uming every grill will sit like this
you can fill through teh breather at the top if you're doin diy job with no ramp, or you can use the fill hole on the side if you're using a ramp. The drain is the most lower bolt hole that needs to be opened with a 3/8 head im sure. The filler is right above it.
foglights use different brackets on the facelift bumper, so you can remove your from your brackets if you get your hands on a set of brackets.
Here's a pic, you can see where the bonnet just isnt long enough right at the centre of the grill. You dont really notice it from the front but its...
yup, prefacelift bonnet is 5-10mm shorter too, but you cant really notice it unless you know what you're looking out for. You'd want to change it anyway as the chrome strip is shorter then the new grill is, as the new grill is much wider.
