most likely front anti-roll bar bushes. They make a thud when going over bumps. The drop-links tend to creak.

Sounds like you may still have air in the system. Ditch the mechanic! Cheapest solution is to try bleeding it again yourself. This site should have a few posts on how to do it. Visually inspect your fluid to verify its not dark.

My alternator made A ticking noise as well but passed voltage tests. Take your aux belt off and start the car,no noise means something on thats powered by the aux belt is o. Its way out.

My money is on a loose/knackered harmonic balancer (also known as crank pulley). They sound very similar to that noise. https://youtu.be/tjVBhprYwT4.

How does the clutch pedal feel? Spongy, heavy,light? Can you change gears OK when the engine is off?

I got my pulley off using a breaker bar and the starter motor. It worked for me.

Remove the drivers wheel, put your ear on the handle side of a long screwdriver with the other side on the centre of the crank pulley and listen.

Swap your front and rear tyres just to rule tyres out. Did you have wobble when you got the car or is it a recent development?

First thing to do is completely clean the area with brake cleaner . Lots and lots of the stuff, I would but a few litres and get a plastic pressure pump spray bottle. I had and still have a minor leak in this area. The sweating of the oil means that it can be difficult to tell where the leak...

I used a hose. Greasing the release bearing is not going to reduce noise though. Before proceeding you should record the noise and let us all help you diagnose the exact source. Don't go wacking grease in your clutch area without having some scientific reasoning. Its clear you don't have my...
