Does your unit have a traffic announcement or similar button. If so try turning it off. My aerial goes down once that is turned off. It only goes up if I listen to the radio or turn on the updates and announcements. I didn't swap any wiring around.

Mate what happened with the pipercross viper. That's what i have on mine.

Had a look at mine. Looks like it had a badge on the right as you look at it. Probably a type r :huh:

I was searching on Google whilst trying to find some info on the switch. That's where I seen it. Then I asked the previous owner who had the car from new and he said it had been done once. I'll see if I've got any paper work for it.

For looks you could get the lips off a type r or sport. Lower it using Eibach springs and some alloys. The type r exhaust goes well with the lips. The induction kit does make a very nice sound.

Could be the ignition switch. Mine used to make the noise and the car also started to switch off whilst driving

I got them off ebay but you can also buy them off the demon tweeks website. The springs came direct from eibach though. Might be worth while checking their site.(www.eibach.co.uk). Not sure about the bolts, i had them fitted. I'll find out on monday for you.

Mine had a cracked distributor cap and it had the same problems. Not starting on a damp morning. I had my car serviced at the same time as well and i've not had the same problem. The cap cost me 25 pounds(not original)

Not sure on the make of the wheels, they where on my cavalier. The car is lowered on eibach springs

I have the same one's on mine. Can't remember using the bracket, just the sticky tape. Fit quite well.
